Situated in the railway arches of Deansgate, Atlas has been around for over two decades, and has matured into an elegant, quality bar specialising in nearly 600 gins from around the world.

The Gin Bible here ensures that you have an up-to-date list of everything on offer, with tasting notes to help you decide. It’s also the only place in the city to offer gin-matched dinners from chef Ross Parker (formerly of Arbutus and Harvey Nichols). Of course, you can always ask the staff on hand to help you pick a gin, tonic and garnish, too.

Atlas has won a number of awards, from the Best Spirits Bar North West in The Great British Pub Awards to the Design My Night Best Beer Garden Award — oh yes, the heated, south-facing beer garden is indeed a great spot for an alfresco tipple.

With the biggest gin selection in the city, Atlas Bar is a must for any fans of the clear stuff.
