Bolton’s Cottontown heads to Aviva Studios for a free Festive Voices performance in the Social this December.

A multi-award-winning male a cappella group, Cottontown dates back to 1979, when four men from a local church choir decided to give barbershop music a go. The chorus now has nearly 60 members and has won the British Association of Barbershop Singers’ gold medal nine times since 2005, as well as representing the UK at international barbershop contests.

That competitive record comes with a strong commitment to vocal and performing excellence. Expect heartfelt tunes in close harmony to stir the emotions, with barbershop’s classic four-part sound expanded to full chorus scale.

Free, but booking is required.
