NIA Choir brings soul and R&B to the Social at Aviva Studios as part of the Festive Voices programme.

NIA Choir is a free community choir for women, trans and non-binary people living in Hulme, Moss Side and the surrounding areas. The Untold Orchestra established it in 2022 after a one-off workshop at Hulme’s NIAMOS Centre, where the choir is still based, and it’s facilitated by Nicole Battick. It has already performed at major UK venues including the Royal Albert Hall, AO Arena and Victoria Warehouse, and appeared in the Untold Orchestra’s Movement at Aviva Studios in 2024.

The choir isn’t just about singing together. It’s one continually expanding family, focused on supporting people through community and creativity. Free tickets are available to book now.
