Fusion Students has opened a new 509-bed purpose-built student accommodation building on Deansgate, ready for the 2026/27 academic year, with premium en-suite rooms already sold out and around 50 students moved in ahead of the main mid-September intake.

The building offers shared apartments with classic and premium en-suite rooms from £265 per week, and studio apartments from £345 per week, with bills, amenities and regular housekeeping included. Facilities include three roof terraces, a gym, yoga studio, private dining room, karaoke booth, pool table, communal lounge and study spaces. Free laundry, superfast wifi, free counselling and wellbeing support, free bike hire, and complimentary tea, coffee and cereal are also included.

A 24/7 community team runs on-site, alongside four resident events a week built around wellbeing, community, discovery and growth – covering cookery courses, yoga, movie nights and cultural celebrations. The building is Fusion Students’ first in Manchester, positioned close to the city centre’s business and retail district on Deansgate.
