The Village Screen have always gone above and beyond with their pop-up cinema events. From films in a swimming bath, to events deep underground, they’re known for creating nights to remember.

This summer, they’re back at Kenwood Hall in Sheffield with a range of outdoor screenings accompanied by pre-film silent discos. How’s that for a combo? Add in street food options and full on bar and there’s the makings of a very good night out indeed.

Films on offer this summer include musical favourites such as La La Land, Moulin Rouge and Grease. There’s cult classics in the form of Quentin Tarantino-scripted True Romance and Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing. If those don’t tickle your fancy, then how about family friendly blockbusters like Jurassic Park and Back to the Future?

Film-goers can hire a candy striped deckchair or bring their own seating, while audio will be delivered via headphones provided by The Village Screen.
