Join conductor Stephen Bell, the Hallé and West End royalty Scott Davies and Jacqui Scott on a journey through the world’s most famous shows at The Bridgewater Hall.

18 of theatreland’s most-loved showstoppers feature in the programme, including numbers from Les Misérables, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Phantom of the Opera, Guys and Dolls, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, Evita and Chess.

Sure to do this programme justice are Scott Davies and Jacqui Scott. With over 30 years in the entertainment business, Jacqui has wowed audiences world-wide, and has been the leading lady in a raft of West End productions including Evita, Cats, Miss Saigon and Chess. Who better to perform ‘Don’t Cry for Me Argentina’ (Evita) and ‘Anthem’ (Chess) tonight!

Scott Davies has also enjoyed a glittering career on the world’s most prestigious stages. Born in Glasgow, the London-based performer has been critically acclaimed and adored by audiences for his exceptional performances on Broadway and in the West End. Having appeared as Phantom in the classic Phantom of the Opera over 2000 times in the West End, it will be a treat to hear his renditions of ‘The Music of the Night’ and ‘All I Ask of You’.

Offering some light relief after a very heavy year, this concert promises to be a slice of joy for all the family.
