Poised and ready to pounce, Ember & the Vixens are back and ready to kick off the spooky season with a special edition of their sizzling adults-only cabaret. For one night only this October, Ember Travixen and the gang bring glamour, goosebumps and a heady dose of female empowerment to GRUB Mcr.

Billed as “a love letter to all things creepy, spine-tingling and nightmarish”, the latest edition of Selina Helliwell’s stunning show will see the small Cultplex cinema space transformed into a gorgeous cabaret-style theatre. As usual, you can expect a cauldron of the most captivating burlesque, mesmerising live music, hypnotic circus, spoken word, and more than a few surprises.

Created by the multi-award-winning theatre-maker Selina Helliwell, Ember & the Vixens have enjoyed a string of sell-out shows including an ‘International Women’s Day Special’, ‘Valentine’s Vixens’ event, a glitzy burlesque takeover of Manchester Art Gallery and their previous ‘Creepy Cabaret’ Halloween show. Now, this October, the Vixens are back with even more spine-tingling turns in their Spooky Season Sizzler.
