From the same people that brought you the iconic independent cinema and theatre HOME Manchester comes this outdoor circus of flavours and noise.

Home on First Street, Homeground is an outdoor space full of food and drink, as well as a full-sized stage

Fill your belly with one of the many vendors that you will have heard of before time and time again. AFC, a spin-off from beloved Mancunian establishment Tampopo, can be seen occupying one of their stalls to supply you with chicken burgers galore. Northern Quarter alumni Triple Bagels, who are now residing in Oldham, are another welcome addition to the roster. Their trademark Reuben bagels are made for the street food scene and are a surefire crowd-pleaser. Throw in Vertigo, the plant-based eatery, and you have a food court that has something for everyone.

Homeground is currently operating on a table service basis, so order from any number of the partners at once for your party. Pair all of this with the freedom of ordering a drink from everyone around and you can create combinations usually saved for the imagination.

Food options aside, Homeground has one more stage set for live music to keep the good mood going. Whether you prefer a DJ pumping out hit after hit, or a band to fill the area with tunes that you can feel to your bones, Homeground will have what you like. Take a look at their website to see the events and performers that will be gracing the stage in the coming days. What better way to catch up with old friends?
