Join El Gato‘s acclaimed chef, Simon Shaw, at Manchester Art Gallery for a one-off, immersive dining experience. The unique art-meets-food event is one of a series of supper clubs staged in collaboration with Manchester Food & Drink Festival and sees the multi-award winning Chef Patron of El Gato Negro and sister restaurant, Canto, create an exclusive sharing menu themed around the Gallery’s new group show: Get Together and Get Things Done.

Simon Shaw is widely regarded as one of the city’s best chefs

Now launched in Liverpool, The El Gato concept began in Manchester in 2016, achieving a Michelin Bib Gourmand for three years running and an AA rosette, thanks to its superb menu of seasonally influenced tapas dishes, both modern and traditional.

The Manchester venue has long been one of the top restaurants on the city’s King Street, with a fantastic range of small plates which are among the best in the city.
