Design and make your own silver charm bracelet, in this three hour long jewellery making workshop. Over the course of the sessions you’ll learn how to use jewellery making tools and get hands on with techniques such as hand stamping and planishing.  Using these newly acquired skills you’ll create charms to add to your bracelet. You’ll walk away with a bracelet containing silver, metal and precious gemstone charms.

The session is facilitated by Genevieve Broughton, a jewellery designer and maker with over 20 years of experience. Her work combines precise geometric shapes and stylised natural forms in minimal designs created using traditional silversmithing techniques. Genevieve is based in Wakefield and having originally trained as a fine artist she recently returned to the visual arts becoming a print member at The Art House.
