Watch out Manchester, there’s a monster on the loose and he’s trying to get on that stage! There’s a Monster in Your Show is back for its third UK theatre tour in 2025, with the final stop being Lowry, from Tuesday 27 May to Sunday 1 June. Based on the much-loved Who’s in Your Book series, and great for children aged two and up, this fun-filled show is the perfect introduction to live theatre for little ones.

A group of performers are about to start their show, but soon realise they are not alone on stage! A cheeky Little Monster wants to be part of the fun too! With his friends, Dragon, Alien and Unicorn, you can expect hilarious comedy as the friends have fun and help to create a magical on-stage adventure, while also discovering about books and learning along the way.

At just 50 minutes long, it’s absolutely perfect for those smaller attention spans and offers a fantastic mix of silliness and storytelling to keep children engaged throughout the performance.

From the moment it begins, to when the curtain closes, it’s got loads of catchy original songs, laugh-out-loud comedy, and interactive moments, so the young audiences feel involved in the fun! Of course, grownups will be smiling away too, with maybe a few giggles!

So, if you’re looking to create special family memories and give your little ones a taste of theatre magic, There’s a Monster in Your Show at The Lowry promises oodles of fun, sing-alongs, and wonderful chaos. And one thing’s for sure – this monster can’t wait to meet you!
