First opening its doors in 1998, Vinyl Exchange has been a treasured institution in Manchester for over 30 years. Located on the corner of Northern Quarter’s Oldham Street, it’s the largest seller and buyer of rare and second-hand records, CDs and DVDs in the north-west of England, making it the city’s capital of serendipitous finds. It also stocks a quality array of new releases, spanning every genre.

On Record Store Day they usually give each customer a list of all the RSD releases on offer in store, which makes things dead easy and ensures you don’t miss any treasures. Their RSD list is not out quite yet, but expect big names alongside some of the more niche releases. You’ll find the latest scoop here, when we have it.
