The people behind Kazimier Productions are no strangers to spectacular events – and their new year’s eve party for 2016, The Caves of Kronia, looks set to be no different. Taking place in their new home at The Invisible Wind Factory, an echoing space off the beaten track in Liverpool, The Caves of Kronia is the next installment in a mysterious, intergalactic narrative that has been unfolding over the last few years. The previous NYE party featured a cosmic music competition, ice sculptures, luminous drummers, a two storey-high crane (as in the bird) and daring ‘escape to Planet Kronos’ that featured a flying spaceship and fireworks.

This year, party-goers are promised that ‘a rare gateway will open in the very fabric of our universe’, a passageway to ‘the fabled city of Kronia; birthplace of time’. Costumes are expected, as is an openness to exploration and innovation. It’s hard to say exactly how the evening will pan out, but one thing we can promise is this: The Caves of Kronia will be a NYE party like no other.
