Jonathan Schofield caught up withTurner Prize winning artist Anish Kapoor for Creative Tourist when he was in the city for the launch of his exhibition Flashback at Manchester Art Gallery.  In this interview, Kapoor sheds light on stepping back from meaning in abstract art, enjoying the beauty of his sculptures and the importance of the viewer in his work.
