Wellington Place is one of Leeds’ new developments: a business park with a twist. It’s located in the city centre, five minutes away from the train station. The multi-use buildings cater to businesses including offices, retail spaces and leisure. There is a wide selection of cafés, bars and pubs to grab a drink or a bite to eat. In the middle of it all, is the central Tower Square, one of the largest public spaces in Leeds – landscaped gardens surround the Grade II listed lifting tower, dating back to the 1850s.

Perhaps most importantly Wellington Place is home to a programme of events, from workshops and music performances, to street food stalls, lunchtime workouts and art exhibitions.
