Christmas 2025: Treehouse Hotel Manchester is marking its first Christmas with two seasonal stay packages: a family-focused Merry Movie Magic experience with cinema screenings, in-room teepees and letters from Santa, and a Bubbly & Bright option for couples and friends featuring Moët, city views and breakfast at Pip.

Alongside this, Pip is running its first festive menus under Mary-Ellen McTague, and the hotel is hosting classic Christmas film screenings, making the Deansgate venue a solid base for market visits, shopping and winter trips into the city.

Hotel: A Treehouse hotel has arrived in Manchester, featuring a rooftop bar that offers stunning views of the city. The hotel has 216 rooms and is located at the space previously occupied by the unmissed Renaissance Hotel on Deansgate. The goal is to make guests feel like they are in their own ‘secret forest’ and if our visit to the ground-floor restaurant is anything to go by, they can tick that box.

The hotel is collaborating with some of the best hospitality talent the North West has to offer, with various dining and drinking experiences.

The ground-floor restaurant Pip serves a zero-waste menu with a ‘modern twist on traditional cooking’, under the guidance of Mary-Ellen McTague of The Creameries and Eat Well MCR.

The fourteenth-floor restaurant will offer diners a menu of inspired South East Asian dishes cleverly combined with British produce, headed up by the excellent Sam Grainger, famed for Liverpool restaurant Belzan.
