MediaCityUK sits on the site of the redeveloped Manchester Docks though for the most part it’s in Salford. It’s well worth a look if you’re on a visit to  the Lowry or Imperial War Museum North but in the main it’s a hub for TV, Tech & Production companies, the BBC & ITV to name but two.  Kelloggs, not really a tech company, has just moved in so the area is broadening it’s corporate demographic. While you can take a walk around the area, not many of the buildings are publicly accessible but don’t let that stop you peering through the windows to see what they’re filming.
