Leeds’ Cineworld boasts 11 screens, including a huge IMAX designed to showcase the latest and greatest Hollywood blockbusters with crystal clear visuals and dynamic surround sound, with both 2D and 3D screenings, and your standard selection of nachos, popcorn, ice cream and Ice Blast to accompany them.

First opened in 2017, you’ll find the cinema housed inside White Rose Shopping Centre, which takes its name from the famous symbol of Yorkshire. Offering a state of the art viewing experience inside the complex, with screens featuring 4DX picture quality and booming surround sound, movie lovers can find all the newest international releases on offer here from blockbusters to family films.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a trip to the cinema without some popcorn – a staple of the experience. Also available for sale, you’ll find everything from hotdogs and loaded nachos to sweets, chocolate, and ice cream. Cineworld’s home to its very own in-cinema Baskin Robbins ice cream parlour, where you can enjoy delicious ice creams, milkshakes, and hot treats like ice cream-stuffed bubble waffles, and also has a number of grab-and-go fridges filled with tubs of Ben & Jerry’s, Magnums, and more.

As for drinks, whilst soft, sugary drinks on ice are indisputably the best companion for a bag of popcorn, if you fancy something a bit stronger though they have that on offer here, too. Options include beers, wines, ciders, and more, whilst Cineworld’s range of popular softs span Pepsi MAX, Pepsi MAX Cherry, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7up Free, Tango Sugar Free and Robinsons Apple & Blackcurrant, to name a few.

As if that wasn’t enough, the cinema has its very own in-house Starbucks Coffee shop, too. So if you find yourself fancying a frappe pick me up, an iced caramel latte, or an oat milk flat white, fear not: Cineworld have got you covered.

Meanwhile, the Cineworld Unlimited card, which allows you to see as many films as you’d like for a one-off monthly fee, remains very good value. Members can enjoy other perks, too, including discounts in cinema on snacks and drinks, exclusive access to VIP screenings of upcoming movies, and premium formats.
