Jaina aka Jai has been sharing her love of yoga since 2015. Having got into it as a student, she now specialises in pre, post and antenatal yoga. If you’re looking for a way to relax whilst pregnant or find yourself locked down with small children her online classes are definitely worth checking out. As well as her specialism, Jai hosts a Yoga for Every ‘Body’ class. This invigorating and relaxing flow class is accessible for any level of Yogi and aims to strengthen the core, tone and improve your balance and posture.

For new mums or mums-to-be, Jai offers a range of classes taking you from pregnancy through to postnatal yoga as well as a baby massage class. These sessions are designed to help women reconnect with their body in what can be a stressful time. Meditation and mindfulness also takes a prominent role in Jai’s teaching style as the mental benefits yoga provides cannot be understated.

All of her classes are taught via Zoom and can be booked in blocks. She also offers a free guided relaxation which you can book via her website.
