Temple Newsam are hosting a walk for Parkinson’s around the stately home’s stunning walled gardens in aid of Parkinson’s UK. You’ll start with a communal warm up in the event village, before walking together and finishing where you started, joined by the Parkinson’s community. There are two options of walk, either, one mile or six mile depending on your capability.

People with Parkinson’s need ongoing, specialised support. You can help to fund vital new specialist care experts like Parkinson’s nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, pharmacists, and mental health professionals. Sponsored walks like this can directly fund resources that massively improve someone’s quality of life.
