Looking for a fun and tasty activity to enjoy with your family during the spring holidays? Head to the Jewish Museum on 10 April for Make It! Coconut Pyramids, a baking workshop where you’ll learn to make scrumptious coconut pyramids – sweet, delicious treats traditionally enjoyed during the Jewish festival of Passover, which is taking place from 12-20 April this year.

During the session, find out lots of interesting facts and stories behind this tasty snack and explore fascinating Passover traditions. After you’ve made the coconut pyramids, enjoy decorating them with a drizzle of chocolate, and – this is the best part! – take them home to scoff (all to yourself if you like), or you can share if you’re feeling generous, along with a special recipe card so you can recreate them whenever you like for family and friends – everyone’s a winner!

After the workshop, families are invited to explore the museum. Pick up one of the exciting family backpacks, packed with fun ways to explore the collection. Feeling a bit peckish? You can also visit the  café, which sells a variety of vegetarian, Kosher-style cuisine and a selection of drinks.

Some useful information…

The Make It! Coconut Pyramids workshop at The Jewish Museum is open to all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
