Land | Sea | Life explores recurring themes in the work of British artists of the twentieth century emphasising trends in subject matter including still life, the human figure, landscape and abstraction. The exhibition also investigates the notion of collecting, comparing the personal motives of Chris Ingram with the Gallery Collection and exploring why we collect?

Land | Sea | Life includes over 70 works by over 40 leading artists including Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Graham Sutherland and Laura Knight in this fascinating collection.
