Now imitating the dog turn their hand to Macbeth. In this bold and daring retelling, described as a “neon noir thriller”, Shakespeare’s powerful language explodes with surprising new scenes, innovative design and a “powder-keg intensity”.

Shakespeare’s powerful language explodes with surprising new scenes, innovative design and a “powder-keg intensity”.

Three mysterious figures appear on the stage in this relevant and vital retelling of the Shakespearean tragedy for a modern-day audience. They talk of hurly-burly, of thunder and lightning, and of a young couple who believe that they can bring down the establishment. Of course, it’s only a matter of time before the Macbeths are summonsed and placed in a dark new world where paranoia, brutality and betrayal lurk.
