How To Keep Up With The Kardashians is a performance that focuses on the harmful effects of advertising that promote the concept of the ‘perfect body’.

Inspired by interviews conducted with female-identifying individuals across the UK, this witty and frank performance explores our relationships with our bodies and the effect that this has on our lives.

Taking inspiration from the recorded interviews and the personal experiences of the cast, the show tackles themes around mental health, body dysmorphia, disordered eating and race representation.
