Easter Sunday at The Pilcrow Pub

Ian Jones, Food and Drink Editor

Easter Sunday at The Pilcrow Pub at Sadler's Cat, Manchester 1 April 2018 Entrance is free

It’s time for another one of The Pilcrow Pub’s celebrated Easter Sunday events, featuring music, food, and of course, some of the best beers in town.

They’re taking cues from across the Channel with this event, hosting three of France’s best exports (Brasserie Popihn, Brasserie Du Mont Salève & La Débauche) on the taps, with a combined nine beers pouring from noon onwards.

Plus, those masters of French-Canadian cuisine, The Blue Caribou Canteen, are bringing their award-winning, authentic, Québec-style poutine along to feed the sozzled and hungry.

Musicwise, last year’s soundtrack from Aficionado Recordings went down a storm, so they’ll be back again – and this time they’re celebrating twenty years in the business. Expect perfect background selections from Jason Boardman, Moonboots and other friends of the Aficionado family.
