Ryde Liverpool

Ryde Liverpool have been bringing pedal power to the Baltic Triangle since 2016 with a winning combination of all things bike related plus some of the best coffee in the city.

Ryde combines a love for bikes, great coffee and food to match, all under one roof. All of their coffee is made using the Allpress Redchurch blend. The guys who run this place must be full of beans 24/7 and since moving from Cains Brewery down the road to the Northern Lights building, they’re still going strong.

Ryde’s new space includes a café area and a brand-new cycle workshop. In true Ryde-style, they’ve even acted eco-responsibly and repurposed the wood from their previous building. You can’t get much greener than a recycled bike shop. It’s a lovely building (some might remember it as Tusk) that offers a laid-back setting in which to while away the hours. Since moving from Cains Brewery down the road to the Northern Lights building, Ryde is still going strong

Don’t be put off by the pro-bicycle theme as they’ve made a name for themselves with a wide range of delicious food on the menu, including a small but carefully crafted, freshly prepared range of breakfast, brunch and lunch options. They also serve locally baked cakes to be enjoyed either tucked away in the cosy fireside snug or al fresco, in the outside sun-trap of Mann Street, just next door to the Baltic Market.

From silky coffees and caramel lattes to brilliant breakfasts and spectacular sandwiches. Get on yer bike and discover a cafe culture with a difference.
