Craft brewers First Chop started life making beer in someone else’s brewery. Next stop their own railway arch in sunny Salford with a secret garden. A few further location moves and a brewery fire later and they’re now making more beer than ever in Eccles with former Alfie frontman Lee Gorton on board as their sales manager.

It’s fair to say First Chop is now considered one of Manchester’s established craft brewers, complete with the kind of strong brand identity that help one very hoppy brew stand out from the next.
