Curious? Read on. In the words of Tartuffe themselves:

We specialise in succulent rotisserie chicken, stylish bar snacks and super sides. Expect seasonal menus, bistro style dining and enough options to suit even the most particular of palettes.

Our style is casual and our quality is high. We use the best local produce available and work with the changing of the seasons to guarantee big flavours in our dishes.

It’s hard to think of anything more autumnal than a delicious rotisserie chicken on a Sunday evening in October. And here’s what to expect from the multi-stage menu:

To begin, following a welcome drink:

  • Hash brown, tartare of Highland beef, IPA pickled norfolk shiitake, cured egg yolk
  • Barbecued skewer of langoustine, monkfish and mussel, bouillabaisse, rouille
  • Tartuflette of potato cooked in brandy, cream, Ogleshield cheese and smoked guanciale, with watercress and smoked garlic velouté, girolles, chicken dripping jus

For the table:

  • Whole rotisserie chicken
  • Buttered greens, kalette and sweetheart cabbage
  • House green salad, apple cider dressing

Finally, for dessert:
