Queer Noise – launch night at People’s History Museum (PHM), City Centre, 13 July 2017 - Book now

Join Manchester Digital Music Archive for the launch of community exhibition Queer Noise. Curator Abigail Ward will deliver a lively hour-long visual presentation celebrating the history of queer music and club life in Greater Manchester.  Material includes rarely seen photos, flyers, posters and videos from the 1950s to today. There will be Fairtrade drinks provided by the Co-op. Queer Noise is part of the People’s History Museum’s Never Going Underground season, a year long programme of exhibitions, events and learning programmes exploring the past, present and future of LGBT+ activism.
