Wine-lovers assemble! What the Yorkshire Wine School don’t know about wine isn’t worth knowing – join them at the Corn Exchange for the wine fair of the year, where you’ll also find celebrated wine merchants such as Ham & Friends, Latitude Wine and Alpine Wine. (The more ghoulish imbiber can even sip on some Transylvanian Wine.) Drink as much as you like, but be sure to pair with wine’s favourite companion: cheeses courtesy of excellent cheesemonger George and Joseph.
