Step into the magical world of storytelling with Feelgood Theatre.

Step into the magical world of storytelling with Feelgood Theatre as they present Dancing by Moonlight, a new tale written especially for Heaton Park. With an excerpt from cherished favourite Alice Through the Looking Glass, audiences will be introduced to Dee the dancing donkey, the queen of the fairies and the white rabbit as the Feelgood storybook opens.

There are also ‘Bounce back into Shakespeare’ sessions happening too. Great for those reluctant high-schoolers who are encountering Shakespeare for the first time, these sessions will see the Feelgood cast present scenes from Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Shakespeare’s plays are meant to be seen and not just read; these sessions offer a unique opportunity to hear the language and also talk to the actors about performing Shakespeare.

Intimate storytelling and live theatre in the beautiful surroundings of Heaton Park.

The sessions will take place come rain or shine so dress for the weather and do bring a chair or a picnic blanket to sit on. This is a brilliant opportunity to witness intimate storytelling and enjoy live theatre in the beautiful surroundings of Heaton Park.
