Immerse yourself in a world of pure imagination in the tantalisingly tasty Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – The Musical at The Palace Theatre in Manchester this July. A delicious tale many of us will be familiar with, as we go on a truly chocolatey adventure with the sweetest boy in town and chocolate lover supreme – Charlie Bucket, who has come into some SERIOUS luck and won the Golden Ticket to visit Willy Wonka’s magical chocolate factory, along with five other lucky but not-so-sweet winners, some of our favourite greedy, nasty characters: Augustus Gloop, Mike Teavee, Veruca Salt and Violet Beauregarde.

It’s at this weird and wonderful chocolate factory that the wacky wizard Mr Willy Wonka himself awaits, with all sorts of yummy treats and cunning tricks up his sleeve. And in and amongst the finger-licking corridors and incredible, edible delights of this wondrous factory, the five youngsters come to realise that perhaps, within these magical walls, everything is not quite as delicious as it seems…

Based on the novel by Roald Dahl, this is a tale about, well, not being greedy! The production features memorable and recognisable songs from the iconic 1970s film, as well as a host of new musical numbers, and this dazzlingly delicious theatre musical is full to burst of fantastical, enchanted treats from beginning to end.

So don’t miss out on this enchanted adventure. Get your own golden ticket for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – The Musical now, and join the successful West End and Broadway musical as it embarks on its first ever UK & Ireland Tour, sprinkling sweetness across people young and old, in towns and cities wherever it goes.
