Brewery Tour and Tasting
Always double check opening hours with the venue before making a special visit.

Seven Bro7hers have been shaking up the Manchester brewery scene since 2014. With their creative flavours, fool proof classics and family focused business, Seven Bro7hers has grown from strength to strength. Their Salford Brewery is now opening its doors to give people a sneeky peek behind the scenes in bespoke brewery tours. Whether you’re looking for a comprehensive introduction to the art of craft brewing or you’re just curious to learn a bit more about your favourite tipple, brewing is a fascinating art form and one worth hearing about.
On the tour you’ll discover the story of how one family (with many, many siblings), started the Brewery from scratch drawing on their individual skills to create a now widely successful brand. You’ll amble through the brewery itself learning about the process of how each individual beer is made and why certain choices about ingredients and brewing style affect the overall flavour of the beers.
After the tour, you’ll sit down to enjoy six thirds of delicious craft beer straight from the source. Each will have been chosen to show off a particular aspect of Seven Bro7hers, you can be sure to sample some of the newer and wackier beer inventions as part of the proceedings. The brewery has known wild success in the past with their watermelon and honeycomb beers so expect a lot more than a run of the mill larger from the drinks on draught.
It is advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour and to wear appropriate footwear e.g. no open toes (it is a working space). Each tour lasts around two hours and takes place on weekends starting at 12pm. Although you may be familiar with the tap room in Ancoats, tours take place in the heart of the action at the brewery in Salford so be sure to turn up at the right place.
