Written and performed by Cheryl Martin, One Woman is a solo show that uses binaural sound to take you inside the mind of a woman living with mental illness.

Taking you inside the mind of a woman living with mental illness, One Woman uses a binaural soundscape to immerse audiences into some of her most difficult memories.

Examining the experiences that most people are too afraid to talk about, Cheryl Martin is a unique voice in theatre today. Performing with energy, warmth and wit, she is fearless and honest.

Artistically organic text is built into the film for accessibility.

Happening as part of Black Gold Arts Festival 2020, the film will be accompanied by an introductory talk and a Q and A session.
