Located just outside Oldham town centre, The Yoga Seed is an intimate and independent yoga studio with a welcoming atmosphere. Sharon who teaches there draws from different practises to create her own meditative but movement-based classes. With a particular interest in Scaravelli yoga, you can be sure to reconnect with your spine and internal energy flow.

Within yoga, Sharon has found a thriving and inspiring community. Through the The Yoga Seed Oldham she aims to bring that same sense of grounded belonging to others, whilst helping them to find peace with their bodies. She encourages students to become attuned to their body, making a vital connection in the mind and learning to become entirely present.

For those who haven’t tried yoga before, or are apprehensive about personal levels of strength and flexibility, The Yoga Seed Oldham is the perfect place to diminish those worries whilst being cheered on by your bros.
