Celebrating the Dales’ delicious produce, with local businesses throughout the National Park hosting events such as menus and tastings, themed dishes and cookery courses.

It’s not all cheese-based dining experiences however, as there are also Yorkshire gin and ales, specially created dairy ice creams and sorbets, locally-reared meat and the chance to meet the makers.
