What’s that? Is it a bed? Or perhaps a boat? Maybe even a giant slice of toast? For Naz, Iggy, and their eight adventurous pals, their bed can be anything – it’s the ultimate getaway to a magical world packed with fun and intrigue, joy and delight.

But what happens to the ten friends when their space becomes a bit too cosy for everyone? Who gets to stay and who must say ‘bye’ to the warmth of the bed and their countless magical journeys?

This June, families with youngsters aged 3-8 are invited to celebrate the beautiful, immense power of play with Ten in the Bed at Z-arts, featuring daring encounters with pirates, to delightful fishing trips and all sorts of unexpected surprises that will have the audience glued to their seats from start to finish.

Expect laughter, suspense, and important lessons about friendship and inclusion in this moving show, which delicately explores the journey of child refugees, and shows how creativity can truly bring about hope in times of adversity. You’ll be hooked by the fabulous storytelling and melodic soundscape, as well as the brilliant cast of actors and relatable themes throughout.

Ten in The Bed at Z-arts is brought to you by Half Moon, experts in immersive productions for young people, and is written by Steve Tasane, writer of Child I and Blood Donors.

Ten in the Bed is a reminder to us all that even when the world seems daunting, there’s always power in make-believe and creativity. Book your tickets now and let your imagination set sail.
