A relative newcomer to the scene, Vinyl Fiction are doing great things over in Chorlton. Located at 103 Manchester Road just opposite Unicorn, they offer a carefully curated selection of vinyl and well as some beautiful books.

Leaning towards the indie end of the spectrum, this is a great little spot to pick up some of the best guitar-based RSD Releases. It’s also a great one if you’re keen to avoid the inevitable masses at the likes of Piccadilly Records!

Vinyl Fiction tell us that their top three Record Store Day releases this year are:

  1. Bob Dylan – Blood On The Tracks (Original New York Test Pressing)
  2. Idles – Meat EP/Meta EP
  3. The Charlatans – Everything’s Changed 7″ box set
