With a regular 10 am class everyday and a 6pm class Sunday to Friday, One Yoga is bringing reliable flow, jivamukti and ashtanga classes to your living room.

On Monday mornings start the week with chilled with Andrea Everingham’s Yoga Therapeutics. Andrea is a devoted Yogi who trained in New York with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life.

While we’re in a time where there may not be an obvious outlet for your energy a Strength and Flow class is the ideal way of pushing your body and releasing some of those pent up vibes. The best bit about yoga is that all of this can happen in a space no bigger than yourself. All classes are taught over zoom and links will be provided once you’ve signed up via the One Yoga website.
