Me, Myself and Misha is a heartfelt, autobiographical dance show at York Theatre Royal that tells the experience of one mother, the challanges she faces and the joys that come with motherhood.

Universal themes of pregnancy and labour are presented using a mix of physical theatre and dance, alongside an original and moving musical score.
