Get ready for a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious family treat as the spectacular Mary Poppins flies in with her umbrella into the Palace Theatre, Manchester, from 9 April 2025 for a 5-week run. This multi award-winning production, brought to you by Cameron Mackintosh and Disney, is practically PERFECT in every way and a must-see for all ages.

Based on the stories by P.L. Travers and the iconic, adored Walt Disney film, Mary Poppins tells the wonderful story of the world’s most famous nanny ever – yes more famous than Nanny McPhee, even more famous than Super Nanny, as she arrives at the Banks’ family home on Cherry Tree Lane to sprinkle some magic and bring this distanced family closer together once more.

The choreography is simply astounding, the special effects are incredible, and the music is the best ever, with much-loved songs like Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, Step in Time, and Feed the Birds, as well as new songs by the award-winning George Stiles and Anthony Drewe.

Acclaimed Australian stars Stefanie Jones and Jack Chambers return to their roles as Mary Poppins and Bert after receiving glowing reviews for their performances in the recent Australian tour. They both play their roles perfectly (we’ve used that word again) with heaps of charm and energy to fit with the rest of the production.

Don’t miss your chance to experience the magic of Mary Poppins live on stage in Manchester. It’s a truly unforgettable show that will leave the whole family smiling, singing, dancing and maybe even tidying their rooms…
