Manchester Union Brewery Supper Club
Ian Jones, Food and Drink EditorManchester Union Brewery has launched a monthly supper club featuring menus from different chefs each and every month. This month’s theme is Sao Paulo, a modern Brazilian-British fusion menu designed by renowned chef Caroline Martins, a former competitor on MasterChef Brazil.
Based in the taproom that neighbours the brewhouse, the union will be serving menus from a new chef each month from 6:30pm to 10pm, with food being made to complement the lagers.
Tickets will include a welcome drink, starter, main, dessert and two sharing plates carefully curated to beers from the brewery which will match each dish.
