Millington Hall Farm offer bespoke culinary experiences like no other. Join them for the ultimate 18 hour overnight BBQ experience in the all night smoke. You’ll begin with an evening of food, drink, music and laughter. As a cosy party of four, you’ll ten stay in one of the onsite deluxe bell tents each with full sized beds, power and log burners to keep you warm all night. Each tent also has its own BBQ smoker and firepit where you will be in an overnight competition to produce the perfect brisket.
Your ticket price includes all food and drink including a three course evening meal as well as a full BBQ Breakfast. You’ll learn from the master smoker how to perfectly cook large proteins as well as extracting the most flavour from the meat with rubs and cooking techniques. This is an experience for those who are passionate about barbecue.
