To close out the year, Manchester Camerata presents what has become a much-loved tradition – the orchestra’s annual Christmas celebration at Albert Hall.

Grab a mince pie and mulled wine, and indulge in a feast of festive gospel favourites, performed by “Britain’s most adventurous orchestra” (The Times) AKA Manchester Camerata along with the AMC Gospel Choir.

The AMC are one of the UK’s leading gospel choirs, rising to prominence on BBC1’s hit show Last Choir Standing in 2008, before performing throughout the UK and Europe, and, closer to home, with the likes of Haçienda Classical and in the BBC Songs of Praise series. To everything they approach, they bring vibrancy and joyfulness, with arrangements that warm the heart and voices that never miss.

Set in the majestic Albert Hall, this is a hugely popular annual concert for a reason, and, taking place in the afternoon, it’s perfect for the whole family. So, rally the troops and get the festivities started!
