Family Friendly Radical Roam at People’s History Museum (PHM), City Centre, 21 September 2019, free entry - Visit now

This family friendly radical roam is part of PHM’s year long programme of events marking 200 years since the Peterloo Massacre. The museum is exploring the past, present and future of protest and invites you to get involved with all the family.  The guided walk starts and ends at the museum, and along the way you will explore some of the less well known sites of protest around the city centre.

The route covers around two miles and will last about one hour. You’ll get to listen to, and even join in with, inspiring speeches, spoken on site from trade union leaders and Peterloo radicals.

The event is free but booking is required via Eventbrite and they ask you to donate if you wish to at the event. This is a walk around Manchester so be sure not to forget your waterproofs!
