Get ready for a raucous and side-splitting night of queer comedy when Morgan Rees headlines, brew. haha: Queer as F*ck Comedy Night at Contact this week.

Fresh from his sell-out debut UK tour, the razor-sharp Welsh comedian and co-writer of viral sensation ‘Uncle Roger’ will bring his big-stage energy, outrageous stories, and fast-paced punchlines to Manchester.

Sharing the stage with Morgan is an electrifying line-up of LGBTQ+ talent. The night will be MC’d by trans-male comic Ben Hodge, bringing sharp wit and warm vibes. He’ll be joined by Louise Young, a lesbian comedian who recently supported Alan Carr and Tom Allen on tour; Martin Dixon, a gay author and stand-up; and Jenny Hart, an award-winning musical comic and self-proclaimed “bad tranny”.

Expect wild tales of awkward one-night stands, coming out late, and first love at 30, all delivered with no filter and plenty of flair. As Morgan Rees describes, “Unashamedly and inclusively queer – explicit in places – raunchy, fast and fun.”

Plus, it’s not just about the laughs – Manchester’s beloved brew will be serving up homemade Detroit-style pizzas, alongside a fully stocked bar with local craft brews, ciders, and non-alcoholic options.

Don’t miss this joyous night of queer celebration and comedy chaos.
