Enjoy an evening of music with singer-harpist, Anna McLuckie at the Whirligig Woods this August. With live music becoming a savoured and rare delight, venture out from the city and escape to the tranquility of the woodland at Rode Hall in Cheshire and Anna McLuckie’s hauntingly beautiful songs.

Anna is a singer-harpist, originally from Edinburgh. Having studied vocals at The Royal Northern College of Music, her songwriting combines elements of deft string arrangement as well as having a clear influence from the strong cannon of indie rawness.

Anna has previously performed at venues such as King Tuts, O2 Academy (Glagsow, Newcastle and Leeds) and The Queen’s Hall. Alongside this, she has also played at Wilderness, Brownstock, Shambala, Green Man and Speyfest festival alongside artists such as Bjork, Ben Howard and Darkness. She has recorded and mixed original material at Universal studios in London for DECCA.
