The Curling Club comes to Manchester this November as part of the growing winter events schedule. Have you ever wanted to try curling but don’t feel like heading to a mountain or an ice rink? Well, now you can, just head down to Deansgate instead.
These purpose built curling lanes can be booked for half an hour or hour long sessions, plenty of time to learn the basic techniques before gathering your teammates and settling into a friendly competition. First timer? Wouldn’t it be great to learn the ropes from an Olympic gold medallist? Well, you can! Former Team GB curler and 2022 Olympic gold medallist, Eve Muirhead, will be on hand to help guide any curling virgins and offer tips to improve form and strategy.
