Low Sizergh Barn is a farm shop run by passionate farmers that majors in selling organic, locally sourced ingredients and foodstuffs that showcase the very best of the Cumbrian food larder. From this little acorn a whole ‘visit’ has grown with galleries, crafts, tea shop, farm trails and woodland walks, animals and a kid-friendly ethos.

Speaking of kid-friendly, little ones will love watching the afternoon milking from around 3.30pm — and even better, you can do so from the gallery windows of the café, while enjoying leaf tea and scrumptious scones! And if you fancy stocking up on rich and creamy fresh milk before heading home, pay a visit to the raw milk vending machine next to the milking parlour! Just an example of the lovely “extras” on offer here, that the whole family can enjoy.
