This is your opportunity to join researchers from the University of Salford in the beautifully historic Peel Park. For a fun-packed, weird and wonderful day out this summer, round up your brood and head to Salford for Research in the Park.

Everyone is welcome at Research in the Park and all of the activities will be child-friendly. Staff and students from across the University will demonstrate some of their latest research across the arts, science and music. With fun, interactive stalls and activities, there will be plenty of opportunities for visitors, of all ages, to join in.

There will be blankets available to borrow so get that delicious picnic packed and make a day of it. And there’s no need to worry about the weather as the University have booked a space inside just in case it rains. They’ve got everything covered. Literally.
